My passion for real estate investments began at the age of 21, when I bought my first residential plot in Gurgaon, just a month after getting confirmed as full-time employee at Maruti in 2001. With ₹50,000 in savings, ₹5 lakhs from my parents, and an ₹8 lakh loan from Tata Home Finance at 13% interest, I embarked on my real estate journey. Since then, I’ve completed over 40 transactions, gaining invaluable experience along the way.
After building a reasonably successful career over 25 years at VP / Director levels in companies like Maruti, Volkswagen, Piaggio and OLA Electric, and achieving financial independence, I decided in 2023 to fully dedicate myself to my deep-rooted passion for real estate, construction, and hospitality.
In just 2 years, I’ve developed LivEDGE, a 23-room building in Bangalore, operated by my wife. And RockEDGE, a 5 BHK exotic villa on a quarter-acre hilltop farm near Bangalore, managed by StayVista. I’m also working on two additional projects near Bangalore.
My flagship project, ForestEDGE, located on a 5 acres farm land in Shoolagiri, near Bangalore is my vision in action, where I am developing farm plots, bespoke villas, and an experiential retreat. I have got an excellent response and I am in the process of aquiring another much larger land parcel & launch ForestEDGE-2 before the end of next year. I am fully committed to this journey for the next 25 years, and very confident that I will create lasting value for the patrons of ForestEDGE brand.
